EDUCATION

AFNS BSc Nursing (Female)

  1. Matric with Science Minimum 60% Marks
  2. FSc (Pre-Medical) - Minimum 50% Marks

AGE: 17 to 25 Years as on Nov 01, 2025

Academic Prerequisites

IBCC Verification Needed

Candidates possessing foreign qualifications such as 'O' Levels and 'A' Levels etc will be required to obtain equivalence certificate and conversion of marks from:

  • Inter Board Coordination Commission (IBCC),
  • Ministry of Education, Islamabad

and attach it with application form.

Hope Certificate Applicants

Candidates who have passed FSc Part-I Examination with minimum 50% marks and have appered/ appearing in FSc Part-II/ FInal Examination can also apply on 'Hope Certificate' duly issued by Head of the Institution.

These candidates must submit an attested copy of FSc Part-II Certificate/ Mark Sheets to Personnel Administration Directorate (PA-3C) General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi within 5 days of announcement of result,

otherwise their selection will not be further processed.

Following are ineligible

Rejection

Twice rejected by General Headquaters (GHQ) Selection Board.

Conviction in Court

Convicted in a Court of Law for an offence involving moral turpitude or any heinous offence (to be ascertained by the competent military Authority).

Hepatitis B & C Patient

Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B & C (cannot request for AMB).

Drug Test

Candidates declared with Positive Drug Test from CMHs/ Military Hospitals/ AFIP will be considered as Permanent UNFIT for joining Training Institution.

Tampering of Certificates

Tempering of academic certificates/ forgery/ concealment to get undue advantage will render an applicant permanently ineligible for all types of commission in Armed Forces.

Permanently Unfit

Permanently declared Unfit by Appeal Medical Board (AMB).

Withdrawn/Discharged/Resigned

Withdrawn/ resigned/ discharged/ dismissed from Armed Forces (Army/ Navy/ Air Force) training academies/ institution on the grounds of discipline, character, medical, inefficiency, weak profile, own request or declared unsuiutable.

Withdrawn

Withdrawn from any Bonded Armed Forces Colleges/ Institutions on disciplinary grounds.

Registration with PNC

Candidates already registered with Pakistan Nursing Council.

Dismissed/Removed/Debarred

Dismissed/ removed/ debarred from Government Service including Armed Forces.
