What is the Procedure
Join Pak Army
- This is the front door. They publish eligibility criteria (age, education, marital status, medical fitness, etc.) for various courses (PMA, TCC, DSSC, etc.).
- You apply through their site → they handle registration, initial tests, documents, and shortlisting.
ISSB (Inter Services Selection Board):
- This is the filter. If you clear initial Army tests, you’re referred to ISSB.
- ISSB runs psychological tests, group tasks, interviews, and outdoor tasks.
- They recommend (or not) a candidate for commission.
