Eligibility Conditions

Ineligibility Conditions

EDUCATION

Minimum Percentage

FSc (Pre Medical) with minimum 70% marks or ‘A’ Levels passed in Biology, Physics and Chemistry with minimum Grade C.

65% Marks – Special Quota

Candidates having Domicile of Balochistan, Sindh (District Tharparkar, Omar Kot), Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir (Upper Neelam Valley) and Merged Districts (erstwhile FATA) can apply with 65% marks.

Foreign Qualification Requirement

Candidates possessing foreign qualifications such as “O’ and ‘A’ Levels etc will be required to obtain Equivalence Certificate and Conversion of Marks from Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Ministry of Education, Islamabad and attach it with Application Form.

Hope Certificate

Candidates who have passed FSc Part-I Examination with minimum 70% marks and have appeared/are appearing in FSc Part-II/ Final Examination can also apply on “Hope Certificate” duly issued by the Head of the Institutions.

Those candidates must submit an attested copy of FSc Part II Certificate/ Mark Sheets to Personnel Administration Directorate (PA-3C) General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi within 5 days of announcement of result;

otherwise their selection will not be further processed.

Following are ineligible

Rejection

Twice rejected by Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB)/ General Headquaters Selection Board.

Permanently Unfit

Permanently declared Unfit by Appeal Medical Board (AMB).

Hepatitis B & C Patient

Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B & C (cannot request for AMB).

Drug Test

Candidates declared with Positive Drug Test from CMHs/ Military Hospitals/ AFIP will be considered as Permanent UNFIT for joining Training Institutions/ Pakistan Military Academy.

Conviction in Court

Convicted in a Court of Law for an offence involving moral turpitude or any heinous offence (to be ascertained by the competent military Authority).

Tampering of Certificates

Tempering of academic certificates/ forgery/ concealment to get undue advantage will render an applicant permanently ineligible for all types of commission in Armed Forces.

Dismissed/Removed/Debarred

Dismissed/ removed/ debarred from Government Service including Armed Forces.

Withdrawn/Discharged/Resigned

Withdrawn/ resigned/ discharged/ dismissed from Armed Forces (Army/ Navy/ Air Force) training academies/ institution on the grounds of discipline, character, medical, inefficiency, weak profile, own request or declared unsuiutable.

Withdrawn from any Bonded Armed Forces Colleges/ Institutions on disciplinary grounds.
