CDF Munir Hosts Independence Day Reception for Pakistan Army Veterans

On the occasion of Pakistan’s 80th Independence Day, Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) and Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir hosted a special reception in honour of Pakistan Army veterans. The event was attended by a large gathering of retired officers and soldiers.

In a joint felicitations message issued through the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Asim Munir, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu extended greetings to the nation on the country’s 80th Independence Day.
