Security Forces of Pakistan have achieved major success in their relentless counter-terrorism campaign in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Province, neutralizing a total of 39 Khwarij belonging to the Indian Proxy Fitna Al Khwarij group in a series of effective engagements between 15-18 November 2025.
Successful Intelligence Based Operations
Over the period of 15-17 November 2025, three major Intelligence Based Operations (IBOs) were conducted in the general areas of Kulachi (Dera Ismail Khan District), Datta Khel (North Waziristan District), and the Bajaur and Bannu Districts.

Dera Ismail Khan & North Waziristan: On 15-16 November, two separate IBOs successfully eliminated fifteen Khwarij. This included a highly successful operation in Kulachi where own troops effectively engaged the khwarij location, resulting in ten terrorists being sent to hell, including kharji ring leader Alam Mehsud. Five more terrorists were neutralized in the Datta Khel area.
On 15-16 November 2025, fifteen khwarij belonging to Indian Proxy Fitna Al Khwarij were killed in two separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

Bajaur & Bannu: Further intensifying the pressure, Security Forces conducted two more IBOs on 16-17 November, eliminating another twenty-three Khwarij. This included the successful neutralization of eleven terrorists in Bajaur, among them the kharji ring leader Sajjad @Abuzar. Twelve more terrorists were eliminated in a separate engagement in Bannu District.
Foiled Attack, and Enemy Desperation
The effectiveness of these operations was further highlighted by an incident in the early hours of 18 November 2025, in Bannu District. One kharji belonging to the Indian Proxy Fitna Al Khwarij was eliminated while attempting to plant an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) targeting innocent civilians.
This failed attempt against soft targets reflects the growing desperation and diminishing capabilities of the Khwarij due to sustained and effective pressure from the Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies.

Unwavering Resolve under Azm e Istehkam
Sanitization operations are being conducted in all affected areas to eliminate any other Indian-sponsored kharji found. The relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under the vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
