Lebanese Ambassador Calls on Chief of the Naval Staff to Strengthen Maritime Ties

The Ambassador of Lebanon to Pakistan, His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz Issa, paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Naveed Ashraf, at the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad today.

The high-level meeting focused on enhancing bilateral naval cooperation and discussing the evolving maritime security landscape in the region. Admiral Naveed Ashraf highlighted the Pakistan Navy’s ongoing initiatives to ensure regional peace and stability, specifically through the Regional Maritime Security Patrols (RMSP).

Ambassador Issa commended the Pakistan Navy’s professional standing and its consistent contributions toward collaborative maritime security. Both dignitaries reaffirmed their commitment to further diversify the scope of defense relations between Pakistan and Lebanon, emphasizing shared values and the historical bonds between the two nations.
