During the interaction, the DG ISPR paid rich tribute to the people of Pakistan, lauding their extraordinary and resilient role in the creation, stability, and ongoing progress of the country. He emphasized that the bond between the nation and its armed forces remains the cornerstone of Pakistan’s sovereignty.
The detailed discussion covered a wide spectrum of national and regional security dynamics, including:
- National Security & Bunyan-um-Marsoos: The DG briefed the participants on the “Bunyan-um-Marsoos” (Leaden Wall) concept, highlighting the collective national resolve required to maintain internal and external stability.
- The Nexus of Hybrid Warfare: A significant portion of the session was dedicated to exposing the nexus between “Fitna al-Hindustan” and “Fitna al-Khawarij.” The DG explained how this collaboration seeks to destabilize the country through kinetic and non-kinetic means.
- Countering Negative Propaganda: The DG ISPR cautioned the youth against the perils of negative propaganda on social media. He urged students to remain vigilant against digital narratives designed to create fissures in the national fabric and to verify information before consumption.
The interactive session provided a platform for students to share their perspectives on national issues. The DG ISPR commended the intellectual vigor of the youth, identifying them as the most vital asset in the fight against hybrid threats.
The event concluded with an overwhelming display of national fervor, as participants joined in chanting spirited slogans of “Pak Army Zindabad” and “Pakistan Zindabad.”
