The third edition of the high-profile Maritime Security Exercise, Sea Guard-26, reached its successful conclusion in Karachi today. Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz, Chief of Staff (Personnel) of the Pakistan Navy, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest to oversee the final review of the maneuvers.

- Government Regulators & Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)

This collaborative framework focused on critical pillars of maritime security, including Port Defence, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Counter-Narcotics operations, and Search and Rescue (SAR) missions.
Recognition of JMICC’s Strategic Role
During his address, Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz lauded the pivotal role of the Joint Maritime Information Coordination Center (JMICC). He emphasized that JMICC has been instrumental in harmonizing the efforts of all maritime stakeholders, creating a unified front to safeguard Pakistan’s blue economy and maritime interests.
The Chief Guest expressed his satisfaction with the high level of preparedness and the professional excellence displayed by the participants, noting that such integrated exercises are vital for maintaining a secure and stable maritime environment in the region.
