The neutralized individuals were reportedly involved in numerous terrorist activities targeting both civilians and law enforcement in the region. This operation is part of the broader “Azm-e-Istehkam” vision, a comprehensive counter-terrorism campaign recently approved by the Federal Apex Committee under the National Action Plan.
A sanitization operation is currently underway to ensure the area is cleared of any remaining threats. Military and Law Enforcement Agencies have reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining a relentless pace in wiping out foreign-sponsored terrorism to ensure the sovereignty and safety of Pakistan.
