Addressing the passing-out parade of Graduates of GDP-152 and allied courses at the PAF Asghar Khan Academy in Risalpur on Thursday, Admiral Ashraf lauded the PAF’s outstanding performance during last year’s conflict with India, known as Marka-e-Haq.
He highlighted how the Pakistan Air Force demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courage, and operational superiority, successfully neutralising Indian aerial threats and forcing the adversary into a defensive posture. The Naval Chief described the PAF’s achievements as a shining example of the force’s high state of readiness and combat effectiveness.
“Pakistan is fully capable of responding to any aggression with full force,” Admiral Ashraf emphasised, adding that the PAF’s modern technology, skilled manpower, and indomitable spirit make it a formidable deterrent in the region.
On the occasion, the Naval Chief administered the oath to the newly commissioned officers and presented trophies and certificates to cadets who excelled in the course.
The event at Risalpur — the historic cradle of Pakistan’s air warriors — once again underscored the Pakistan Air Force’s legacy of excellence. From its heroic performance in Marka-e-Haq to its consistent contributions in maintaining aerial sovereignty, the PAF continues to stand as a proud symbol of national strength and resilience.
