LAHORE, May 12 — The Maritime Center of Excellence (MCE) at the Pakistan Navy War College hosted a high-level seminar titled “Marka-e-Haq After One Year: Deterrence, Diplomacy and Narrative in South Asia” to analyze the strategic aftermath of the conflict. Chief of Staff Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz attended as the Chief Guest, joined by Rear Admiral Sohail Azmie and a gathering of military strategists and scholars. The seminar focused on the critical role of naval professionalism and the necessity of a cohesive national narrative in maintaining regional stability.
