Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Asim Munir highlighted Pakistan’s national unity as the country’s greatest strength while addressing the National Security Workshop-27 (NSW-27) on Wednesday, according to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The COAS reaffirmed that the protection of Pakistan’s territory, national integrity, and the safety of every citizen remains the highest priority of the Pakistan Army, with no compromises.

He noted that rising geopolitical tensions, cross-border terrorism, and hybrid warfare have complicated the security environment. Nevertheless, Pakistan’s armed forces and intelligence agencies continue to demonstrate professional excellence, unwavering resolve, and steadfast commitment in safeguarding national security.
