The Pakistan Navy proudly announces the successful live weapon firing of the ‘Taimoor’ air-launched cruise missile, a testament to our nation’s growing defense capabilities and commitment to maritime security. This indigenously developed Anti-Ship Weapon System demonstrated exceptional precision during the test, showcasing the Pakistan Navy’s operational readiness and ability to decisively neutralize enemy sea-based threats at extended ranges.

This achievement follows the successful firing of a locally developed anti-ship ballistic missile in April and a comprehensive exercise involving the successful firing of a surface-to-air missile in January, further demonstrating the Pakistan Navy’s commitment to continuous improvement and self-reliance in defense technology.
