The 50th Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Polo and Tent Pegging Championship 2025 reached its grand conclusion today with a prestigious closing ceremony held at the Jinnah Polo Fields (JPF), Lahore.
Chief Guest and Distinguished Attendees
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) & Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Upon his arrival at the Jinnah Polo Fields, the COAS was received by the Corps Commander Lahore and the Chairman of the Pakistan Polo Federation.
The ceremony was attended by a distinguished gathering, including the Minister of Interior, the Chief Secretary of Punjab, senior military officials, and a large number of sports enthusiasts and spectators.

The tournament, which has long been a hallmark of the Pakistan Army’s commitment to discipline and sporting excellence, featured eight elite teams competing for the coveted trophy. The final matches showcased exceptional equestrian skills and sportsmanship.
- Champions: Peshawar Corps emerged victorious, clinching the title after a series of high-intensity matches.
- Runners-Up: Gujranwala Corps secured the second position following a closely contested final.
