The Passing Out Parade of Trainees from Entries No. 2306, 2406, and 2412 was held with traditional zeal and professional excellence at the PAF Airmen Academy, Korangi Creek, today. Air Marshal Kashif Qamar graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Upon his arrival, the Chief Guest was received by Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Shahid Afzaal, Air Officer Commanding (AOC), PAF Airmen Academy. The ceremony marked the successful completion of training for 1,155 trainees, including personnel from the Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Navy, and allied countries.
Addressing the parade, Air Marshal Kashif Qamar commended the Pakistan Air Force as a combat-efficient force recognized globally for its operational preparedness. He emphasized that, under the vision of Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, the Academy is pivoting its training modules to align with the evolving dynamics of contemporary warfare.
“With the induction of modern aircraft and sophisticated air defense systems, the PAF is counted among the leading Air Forces of the world,” the Chief Guest remarked. He specifically highlighted the success of Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos as a testament to the PAF’s resolute leadership and operational readiness against transgression.
The Air Marshal underscored the necessity of Multi-Domain Operations—integrating space, cyber, and electronic warfare with unmanned systems and long-range precision assets. He noted that the Academy’s mission is to produce skilled airmen capable of harmonizing technical proficiency with the demands of modern, full-spectrum conflict.

The ceremony culminated in the distribution of trophies to high achievers who demonstrated exceptional merit during their training:
- Chief of the Air Staff Trophy (Overall Best Performance): Aircraftman Muhammad Aqib
- Asghar Khan Trophy (Best in Aeronautics): Aircraftman Hamza Ali
- Nur Khan Trophy (Best in Aero Avionics Technology): Aircraftman Ahmed Hussain Arif
- Air Officer Commanding Trophy (Best in General Service Training): Academy Sergeant Aircraftman Shafaat Noor
- Best Foreign Trainee Trophy: LAC THGND Herath (Sri Lanka)
The Chief Guest extended his heartfelt congratulations to the graduating trainees and their families. He also lauded the instructional staff of the Academy for their unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards of military and technical training.
